  • If your location exceeds 30km or a 30-minute drive, an additional charge of RM5 per minute will apply, based on actual round-trip driving time.

🚫 NO Cancellation Policy (Strictly Enforced in Some Cases)

  • Once a class slot is confirmed and booked, strictly no cancellation

  • If you cancel, you will still be charged for the lesson

  • This rule is necessary to maintain fairness and avoid wasted teaching slots

  • Students must be responsible for managing their own schedule. Once a lesson slot is allocated, it is reserved specifically for you.

  • If you cancel without at least 7 days’ notice, the session is considered used and non-refundable, as the teaching time will be wasted.

  • Frequent cancellations, postponements, or rescheduling requests may result in being switched to the Flexi Day & Time Plan (RM498 per lesson).
